Principal, Captivator Coaching
Captivator's professional development programs are designed and delivered by Stuart Findlay, a master facilitator, internationally accredited executive coach and business acumen specialist. Stuart holds a range of formal qualifications including an MBA as well as HBDI and DiSC accreditations. During his 40 years in business he has held specialist and senior leadership positions in range of small, medium and large companies. In 2016 , Stuart became the founder and principal of Captivator Coaching.
